INSTITUTIONAL REINFORCEMENT

Collective reinforcement consists of :

• Fullfil legal procedures,
• Develop human resources,
• Develop management systems and procedures (programming, planning and reporting)
• Reinforce programmes conception capacities that help the collective to fulfill its mission
• Reinforcement of member associations had the following priorities :
• Fulfill legal procedures,
• Develop human resources,
• Develop management systems and procedures,
• Reinforce capacities that help associations to achieve their objectives.

N.B : Only CAP and IEC programmes are operational the « Institutional reinforcement » programme has not yet got funds.
