The aim of this programme is to provide the collective and member associations, opportunities through exchange of information, techniques and actions so as to reinforce their objectives realization capacities. This programme has an objective of setting up a news cell to promote communication between members and partners

  • radio programmes,
  • written press (media),
  • library and documentation,
  • news bulletin on NGO’s and the government.
